
Sandor Danen
​
As a child, he already knew he wanted to become a chef.
Which he never has regreted.
​
During his 4 years of studies in « Cuisine & Pâtisserie »,
Sandor has not only obtained a very honorable 4th place at the
«Trophée Marcel le Servot» in the kitchens of the Palais de l’Elysée,
but has also been chosen to represent France in
« les Olympiades de Cuisine » in Hungary.
​
After internships in, among others, the Michelin starred restaurants of the **chef Franck Putelat and ***chef Christophe Bacquié, he decided to pursue his own ideas and took over the kitchen from Domaine Michaud
at the age of 18 years only.
Ever since, he is proud to be among the
“Top 3 of best restaurants in Carcassonne“, thanks to guest experiences shared on TripAdvisor as well as within “10 Best Restaurants in Carcassonne”, as selected by Culture Trip.
Furthermore he has been successfully nominated for the
“Restaurant & Bar Awards 2018” organised by LUX Magazine.​
